AFAR Place Page
Visual Design, Interaction Design, UX
The AFAR place page design and hierarchy needed to be rethought to display place information alongside new editorial and community-generated content, as well as calls to action prompting a user to share their experience or add a photo. Working on a one month sprint, I took the lead developing and refining these features from concept to development while also tackling visual design.
After extensive iterations and experiments we released the first version of the place page on time, with positive user feedback and increased engagement.
